NFI Distribution, a shipping and supply chain management company, signed a five-year lease for the full 534,390-square-foot industrial building at 15835 San Antonio Ave. in Chino, CA. John Hancock Real Estate acquired the asset from The Carson Companies as part of a $146.7 million, four-building portfolio sale in September 2008 that valued the asset, then fully leased, at $43.37 million, or about $81 per square foot, according to CoStar data....
